Returns policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns from Poland

Returns must be sent to the following InPost locker: Gda76M (address: Sucha st. 31, 80-531 Gdansk).

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For returns from al other countries (except Poland)

Returns must be sent to the following address: Sucha st. 39A/44, 80-531 Gdansk, Poland. Please select any delivery company you would like. Please note that we do not cover return delivery costs for returns from outside of Poland (with the exception when product is damaged or we placed incorrect product on the package, in this case, of course, we will cover cost of replacement and/or return).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after the return is accepted.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
