Returns and refund
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items being returned must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at return@miriam-shop.com and specify what products you would like to return and what delivery currier you will use for return (note: cost of return delivery won't be refunded).
Please wait until we confirm via e-mail that we accept return. Right after this please do the return based on steps below.

Please select any delivery company you would like. Please note that return delivery costs will not be refunded.
Refund rules
In case of returning complete order (all products ordered are being returned) the cost of initial delivery will be covered by Miriam and will be refunded (according to the EU regulations).
In case order is returned partially (some ordered products are being returned) then initial delivery cost will not be refunded. Only the cost of returned products will be refunded (after receiving, checking and accepting returned products).
Cost of return delivery is not covered by Miriam and will not be refunded. Please shop wisely to avoid extra spendings on return delivery cost.
Issues with received products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case some products are damaged or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution (if it is our mistake - we will cover all related costs).
Refund timing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know when the refund is approved. After our approval you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
